2024-01-20 [Playoffs – Chiefs Week]: Monitoring Injuries, Shoveling Snow and Waiting for the Chiefs

The calm before the storm! Monitoring injuries, seems like we have an idea now, Martin to play, Isabella elevated for Gabe Davis, Klein is elevated and probably active, so Bernard maybe out, or Dodson out, but most likely only one. Bernard may be playing? Also, Brian Moorman pays a visit to Highmark Stadium to assist in shoveling, we sign JK Hamler to a futures deal (whatever that is), some fashion news from Brooke Kromer (daughter of O-Line Coach Aaron Kromer), we find out Kadarius Toney is out for the Chiefs. Also, some details about the pit sacrifices and Goo Goo Dolls music reference, always great!

2023-12-29 [Patriots Week]: DaQuan Jones Is Back, Some O-Line Workouts, Words From Greg Cosell and Dion Dawkins Loves Hockey

DaQuon Jones will be coming back from an injury he had earlier this year. Why is this significant? Many credit him not playing against the Bengals in last years playoff game as a huge factor as to why the Buffalo Bills got beat. In my opinion, there are many, but let’s not relive playing 10 yards off the ball.

Hail Mary Not Answered for Bucs

First half looked good, but Bills couldn’t put the game away. Three games in a row it comes down to the final play of the game, this one was way too close for comfort.

Allen gives us a nice scare during the game with his shoulder. Dalton Kincaid records first career TD. We have a Hail Mary (thankfully not a repeat of the Hail Murray), and a kicker throwing his helmet – did a lot less damage than Dan Carpenter did to himself on our sideline some years back.

But, as they say, a wins and wins. Next week we have Bengals. For those who don’t recall the playoff game last year they made us look pitiful. Time to see if we can beat them. IMO, if the Hamlin game would have continued, we would have gotten stomped in that game also.

Bills Lose All-Pro, and Gain One?

The fallout from yesterday’s game continues, as expected Matt Milano and DaQuan Jones are likely lost for the season.

Joe Marino watches the tape and lets us know it’s not as bad as it looked, seems we were mentally and physically tired.

Coach McDermott calls for more involvement in the offense for people beyond Diggs.

And we go into the way back machine and bring back All-Pro (circa 2015) Josh Norman

GAMEDAY: Bills Forget Offense in Buffalo and Come Home Severely Wounded, Plus So Much More

This game can be summarized as a complete and utter failure of the offense, who had no excuses. Defense shows up, but had excuses not to.

Also, so many other items to note; Kaiir Elam gets burned all day in his first game of the season, the field is citied as contributing to injuries, Bills travel schedule credited with lackadaisical outing of the offense, the flags were flying, most likely Matt Milano and Daquan Jones out for the season, Von Miller makes his return, A.J. Epenesa has a day …. oh, and with all that Bills were within a score until very late in the game.

Now, 2 of the 5 games the offense completely failed. Meanwhile the Dolphins win and move into first place.
